Building Rental Event Services
Not only can you rent building space, but we also have the following equipment available for rental to ensure that your event looks its best.
To receive Advance rates, the order must be placed five (5) business days prior to show move in. All pricing is per each unless otherwise noted. Any order placed after that time will be charged floor rates.
All rates are per event for rental.

Sign Policy
The approval and placement of all banners and signage will be at the sole discretion of the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. In addition, the Tennessee State Fairgrounds must approve all verbiage, in writing. All banners will be brought or delivered to the Tennessee State Fairgrounds no later than two (2) weeks prior to the show/event and will be hung by our staff. Banners may not exceed an overall size of 8’ x 4’.
Additionally, no pins, tacks, nails, tapes, glues or adhesives of any sort are permitted on Tennessee State Fairgrounds structure including, but not limited to walls, doors and outdoor poles. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in fees for damages. There will be a minimum fee of $250.00 for such damages.
Parking
Complimentary parking provided, however, parking is not allowed adjacent to buildings except for loading and unloading.
Insurance
The Licensee agrees to furnish broad form comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and $25,000.00 property damage coverage.
The Licensee must provide liquor liability insurance when serving alcoholic beverages.
Security
Each event is required to have proper security in order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for its patrons at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds and Expo Center.
Building Layout
The Licensee must submit to the Tennessee State Fairgrounds office a complete building diagram prior to the event in order to receive
Fire Marshal approval.
Vacating Of Premises
All occupied premises must be vacant of all people by midnight, local time.
