The Tennessee State Fair draws attendees and participants from 76 of Tennessee's 95 counties and 18 other states in 2006 and more than 230,000 people attend each year.

The Fair offers a variety of innovative and unique opportunities for our sponsors to market products and services. Our broad appeal and large attendance provides tremendous exposure for your company's products and brand messages. Sponsorship of the Tennessee State Fair is tailored to meet individual sponsor needs, and programs start as low as $1,500. Sponsorship benefits in each package vary based upon the level of financial commitment.

Platinum Level SponsorshipPlatinum Level Sponsorship

Good for all ten days of the Tennessee State Fair

Examples include:

Naming Rights for the entire Tennessee State Fair, Major Stage/Performance Area Naming Rights Sponsorship, Agricultural Competitions and Exhibits Naming Rights Sponsorship, Creative Arts Competitions and Exhibits Naming Rights Sponsorship, Independent Midway Naming Rights Sponsorship, Major Exhibit Naming Rights Sponsorship

The Platinum Level Sponsorship category include all that the Tennessee State Fair has to offer in a sponsorship package including Naming Rights to an entire component of the ten day fair.

Platinum Sponsors receive:
  • name recognition whenever the sponsored component is mentioned in print or broadcast promotional efforts
  • logo/banner placements in multiple high traffic areas and in locations connected to the sponsored event
  • logo placement and promotional copy in all paid print media
  • logo placement and promotional copy in fair catalog
  • logo placement and promotional copy in daily schedule of events
  • mentions in specific paid broadcast media
  • on-site live mini commercials via our announcer on public address system throughout the event
  • on-site location(s) for product presentation, demonstration, sampling etc.

Single-Day or Multiple-Day Gold Level Sponsorships

Senior Day Event Sponsorship, Sale of Champions Sponsorship, Hispanic/Cultural Day Celebration Sponsorship, Competition Sponsorship

Silver Level SponsorshipSilver Level - Day Sponsorship

Silver Level Day Sponsorship focuses on a specific day and is appealing to a broad range of companies and organizations because it concentrates sponsorship efforts into a single day or day part. Sponsors can actively engage fairgoers for product sampling or promotional giveaways and limit the amount of staff time needed to participate in the event.

Many sponsors are interested in the first or second Saturday or weekend of the Fair for Day Sponsorship opportunities.

Day Sponsors receive:
  • sponsor recognition when day is listed or mentioned
    in print promotional efforts
  • logo/banner placements at gates and other high
    traffic locations on the sponsored day
  • on-site live mini commercials via our announcer on
    public address system throughout the day

Silver Level Location Sponsorship focuses on the sponsorship of buildings, stages or other specific locations and is appealing to a broad range of companies and organizations because it concentrates sponsorship efforts into a location. Sponsors can actively engage fairgoers for product sampling or promotional giveaways at this location and have ongoing static presentation material when staff is not present.

Location Sponsors receive:
  • sponsor recognition on building including logo/banner
    placements in high traffic areas around the sponsored
    location
  • mini commercials by our on public address system
  • logo placement in select paid print media
  • logo placement in fair catalog
  • logo placement in daily schedule of events
  • on-site location(s) for product presentation,
    demonstration, sampling etc. (based on the level of
    sponsorship)
  • tickets to the fair (number based on the level of

Bronze Level SponsorshipBronze Level Sponsorship

Bronze Level Sponsorship focuses on basic signage, static displays and inclusion in limited promotional materials.

Fair supporter sponsorships are available mainly for companies and organizations that seek to support the Tennessee State Fair but want only signage and name recognition and no other active participation during the Fair. Many of these sponsorships are offered in return for trade of goods and services needed to produce the fair.

Fair Supporter Sponsors receive:
  • banner placement in high traffic area
  • logo placement in specific paid media
  • logo placement in daily schedule of events
