Online Entry Instructions

PLEASE READ FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS!

Please read the entire catalog for rules and special instructions that apply to your specific breed and craft.

EACH PERSON WHO ENTERS ITEMS IN THE FAIR MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY. ONE EXHIBITOR PER ENTRY FORM MAXIMUM

To simplify your online entry process, print and fill out an entry form by hand before logging in. Have the department name, class number, lot number and animal information filled in to ensure accuracy on your entry.

The online registration fee is $2 dollars per exhibitor, not per entry. You will be charged this fee one time. Exhibitor may enter again at a later time without being charged this fee again.

DEADLINES

Livestock

Online registration ends September 1st, Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 26th. Late entries will be accepted through September 7th with an additional fee. Must call livestock superintendent at 615-852-8997, ext. 4.

Creative Arts, Youth, and Agriculture

Online entries end August 26th, mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 19th.

SPECIAL NOTES

POULTRY – exhibit ONLY: To showcase your poultry breeds for the spectators to see, contact the Poultry Department head, Ronnie Davenport at: rronnied@aol.com or call 615-945-9980.

RABBITS cannot be entered online. You must download and print the online entry form. Entry forms must be postmarked by August 26th, 2011. A copy of your entries must also be emailed to: Marge Drake at showringrabbits@yahoo.com or mailed to her at 494 Shaffie Lane, McMinnville, TN 37110.

The contest will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, in the Ag Hall at the Tennessee State Fair. Teams must register by Friday, September 2nd.

SHEEP-TO-SHAWL and SPINNING CONTEST

Sheep-to-Shawl and Spinning Contest cannot be entered online. You must download and print the livestock entry form. Entry forms must be postmarked by August 26, 2011. A copy of your entries must also be emailed to KimCaulfield@mac.com or mailed to her at 4626 Delina Rd., Cornersville, TN 37047.
